Jammer Arms attached to a Rig or Rack allow the user to train safely and stable.
They can be used for push and pull movements and also for lower body exercises such as Deadlift and Leg Press with a attachment, Leg Press TK
Some of the possible exercises to perform with the Jammer Arms are:
- Incline bench press (in conjunction with a bench),
- Shoulder press,
- Split squats, among others.
All these exercises can be performed bilaterally or unilaterally, combating asymmetries and correcting imbalances. Possibility to add load through Discs
