In Store Pick Up
The “Pick Up in store” option is available for orders placed in Portugal and the customer can choose it at checkout.
If you choose this option, you must accompany your order as you will be notified that the order can now be picked up. It is necessary to present proof of purchase and payment to carry out the withdrawal.
Each campaign carried out by Semperfit has specific rules of procedure. In this way, all exchanges and returns that occur during one of these campaigns where you got a discount will be based on the final billing value and not the PVP value of the items.
In exchanges made after the end of the campaign, the discount will only be applied if the customer exchanges for the same product (same reference).

Customer may return any item purchased from Seller as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. In these cases, the Seller will refund the purchase money through a credit card payment, through a bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or through a payment to his personal account.
If a product other than the one ordered by the customer is delivered by mistake by the Seller, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional cost to the buyer.
