Semperfit Lda's business nature is to develop and produce high-profit sports equipment for CrossFit training and functional training. Semperfit, Lda., hereinafter referred to as Semperfit, presents general conditions of the purchase process in the domain www.semperfit.pt and, as such, the conditions described aim to structure, inform and regulate all purchase operations.
Semperfit reserves the right not to process/not accept any order placed by a customer who does not fully comply with these Sales Conditions or does not correctly fill in the data requested at the time of registration. Semperfit rejects any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely at the time of delivery, resulting from an error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the customer.
In the event of any typographical/computer error in the presentation/description/price of the products, the customer has the right to return the purchase and sale under the applicable legal terms. Likewise, Semperfit reserves the right to propose changes to the order if the error harms the company.
*The colors displayed on computers depend on various factors such as the resolution of the monitor and the color temperature setting of the monitor itself, therefore, the actual color of the product may not be exactly the same as the color shown in the photograph. However, we are always careful to provide the photographs on the product page as accurately as possible.
Online orders
Placing an order at www.semperfit.pt is very easy and respects all the rules and laws of electronic commerce.
*Order processing starts only after payment confirmation. If the data is not correct or you want to change your order, you can immediately request the change, or even cancel the purchase through our Customer Support.
*If at the time of delivery your order shows any sign of violation, you should not accept it, and you can immediately contact our Customer Support to resolve the situation.
Warranty
Under European legislation, new products have a free 3-year warranty, ensuring that all the instructions described in the product's technical sheet have been followed.
In the case of used products, they also have a 3-year warranty, however, this period may be reduced by mutual agreement between professional and consumer.
Defective products must be reported within a maximum period of 30 days to be repaired or replaced. After repair, the warranty period extends to 6 months. In case of replacement, the legal term of 3 years is maintained.
Semperfit is governed by the Law on Guarantees (Decree-Law No. 67/2003), updated by Decree-Law No. 84/2021.
Prices and payments
The prices of all products on the semperfit.pt website are presented in euros, with taxes and fees included. Any change to the type of VAT applicable will be reflected immediately in the prices of the products. However, Semperfit reserves the right to change prices at any time.
