Terms and conditions:
Applies to purchased Products www.semperfit.pt / headquarters the guarantees provided for in Portuguese legislation, for each type of product and type of space. To activate the warranty, it is necessary to send photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to verify that it was not misused.
The warranty for commercial spaces lasts for 1 year.
The guarantee for private/personal spaces lasts for 2 years.
Returns or exchanges of material purchased through our website www.semperfit.pt or resellers can be made within a maximum period of 15 days after issuing the invoice.
The customer must send an email to email@example.com describing the place of purchase and reason for return or exchange.
The products must be in the same condition as they were delivered and in the original packaging.
Customized products are not covered by the exchange or returns policy.
No exchange/return will be carried out if the product has been used beyond the simple opening of its packaging or if it has suffered damage.
Items should be sent to Rua Thilo Krassman 39th Ed.Anexo, 2710-11 Sintra with the name, copy of the Invoice or Shipping Guide and purchase number. If it is verified that the return is the responsibility of SEMPERFiT, the postage and shipping and collection will be our responsibility, if the customer is responsible, the shipping costs will be invoiced.
The refund will only be made if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect. If the reason is of another nature, it must be properly exposed and presented to firstname.lastname@example.org
The amount paid by the Customer, including, if applicable, the costs that the customer has paid for the delivery of the good, will be made through the same payment method that was used in the initial purchase, at no cost to the consumer, after validation of compliance with the Return conditions previously within a maximum period of 14 days.
Except in cases where SEMPERFiT offers to collect the item, and may retain the refund until the item is received.
