Our Hexagonal Bar, also known as Trap Bar, is robust and very functional in a wide range of exercises, such as transport, rowing and Deadlift variants. 

With a neutral grip, it offers a different stimulus than the usual pronated and/or supine grip on the conventional bar, resulting in different muscle recruitment.
