Safety Bar
The Safety Bar is a bar for squats with the particularity of emphasizing the work of the anterior chain more than a regular Back Squat.
The shape of the bar handle removes the need for shoulder abduction to support the bar on the back and its pads give extra comfort to the movement.
The Safety Bar is a great learning progression for the back squat.
